First time @9.15am Reformer Pilates class. Got there early, no parking. Rushed to park at the street and to find the studio and managed to get at the studio front door 9.15am on the dot. The blond instructor refused me to get in. I was in shock, she ignored me for a while then came to say that I needed to get there earlier. This is how she welcomed me for the first time at this club. Small gym, worn out equipment which seems odd considering members are charged a twice annual levy to “update and improve” gym equipment and facilities, popular classes like Pilates book out within an hour of the timetables being uploaded, oh and if you suspend your membership, your contract end date is prolonged - just found that out when I went to cancel mine and give my 30 days notice leading up to my contract end date which is now mid July.
