Not having a great experience about how memberships work. Had one in Bentley and because of moving houses, can't use the one in Bull Creek only if I get another membership with them. One pass will not allow you to use another gym when in 2026, most of gym companies allow you to do that type of things. Definitely go to another one Definitely go to spend my money

Genesis Bentley is a big and large gym. Lots of space and equipment but... Very old and outdated equipment, the aircon didn't even work, always feels like 30 degrees in there. Equipment was often broken like the cables and not fixed even thou reported. I've also had debit issues, they tried to charge me an extra $30 for fees!! crazy Music speaker system was broken too

Not the best experience thus far. In the process of transferring from an other genesis gym. It's basically signing a new contract with ofcourse a transfer fee. Transfer takes 3-4 weeks. I checked three times with the person signing me up, if I was going to be charged now with this "new contract", but was assured that no charges would be taken out till the transfer period was over.
