Really disappointed with the shower floors, walls and sauna cleanliness. I’ve mentioned it two times past week and still hasn’t been cleaned in past week. Same bunches of Hair on the floor in the sauna, no soap in a couple of dispensers and dirty shower walls. Feels very unhygienic and dirty. Sauna seats haven’t been disinfected. Gym classes are great but the cleanliness needs an overhaul. Been a member for many years off and on. Paying high fees and really disappointed.
Not too bad, some of the equipment is old but there are more than enough weights to throw around.
Upsides: lots of equipment, decent classes and schedule availability, staff fairly helpful and friendly. Minor downsides: equipment not always maintained properly despite tickets logged (update: I’ve been informed shitty gym members are constantly stealing weight stack pins?!), water filter chiller is set to room temp, they don’t police the machine parkers (the “I’m reserving this with my towel while I work out elsewhere” clowns), no WiFi for paid members, no bike lockers.
