I went in for a casual visit today and disappointed was an understatement. 2 of the three treadmills I tried had sticky belts making even a simple walk difficult The smith machine in the back corner needs a hit of WD40 quite badly, I could hear the squeal of the machine over the headphones blasting in my ears. Four staff at counter yet no one there was qualified to give advice regards a basic lift. Needed wifi to use certain machine. Told it was for staff only and to go outside to get service. Could not have been more unhelpful! If there are no customers there are no jobs. Maybe the counter leaners should give that some thought 🤔

I used to like this gym' and go often, despite the same equipment being broken seemingly forever. But with 60+ hour work weeks, family health issues. I fell behind and that's my fault, after communicating via email and asking to cancel my contract, then paying my arrears the following day. I assumed the following payment was the final as is the norm in gym contracts with 30 days notice. This was not the case, and the total kept racking up.
