Had a really really bad experience here at Genesis Irma the lady that did my hair cut it really short and nothing close to the picture i showed her. Really used to love this hair salon, never had a bad experience before. I posted pictures to show how bad it went. Also i picture of what i show her i wanted, and a picture of how my hair was before. I feel that if she doesnt know how to do this type of hair styles she should really tell her clients before working in you hair.
I've gone here twice now with Erma and felt so pampered and taken care of! My hair always feels so luscious and soft, and their prices are very affordable.
Alida always does a great job! The girls are great and the service is great! The salon is always clean and has a nice range of good hair products.
