The last time I got a bang trim here was with Mau and she did an amazing job. I have severe thinning I found out due to a thryroid issue, and Mau cut my sideswept bangs to where it’s not so apparent. Highly recommend her; she’s super nice and I was charged $12 which is much more reasonable than the $15 I have been charged at other places. And I had a huge grin on my face when they got done because they look lovely. The next time I need a full cut I will definitely be going here and requesting her. Amazing service
they are amazing stylists, they do such a good job. however i had to take a star off because they NEVER answer phone calls or call back.
Maybe the place looks good However the person upfront doesn't really know how to deal properly with the customers... Also when she answered the phone call-- it's the genesis salon number she told me wrong # this is residence.. BEWARE!!👎👎👎
Had a really really bad experience here at Genesis Irma the lady that did my hair cut it really short and nothing close to the picture i showed her. Really used to love this hair salon, never had a bad experience before. I posted pictures to show how bad it went. Also i picture of what i show her i wanted, and a picture of how my hair was before. I feel that if she doesnt know how to do this type of hair styles she should really tell her clients before working in you hair.
