I find the lady’s “cut and color” complaint baffling. I have never had a bad experience with this salon Lisa did a beautiful job highlighting my (long) hair. Very reasonable,didn’t take all day came out beautiful & the price was less than expected Now I had a Brazilian blowout done … that was pricey but Brazilian blowouts ARE ,pricey… it came out beautifully but yes pricey- probably less than “the guy next door” (metaphor) but - if you’ve got it to spend -she does amazing work! Sometimes you wonder why you still go into salon believing that the person taking care of you is gonna do exactly what you ask them. Especially, when you show them exactly, a picture of what you want. Giving the thought and a stylist a chance you move forward with the idea.
