Scheduled last year and took 5 months for the next appointment and then another two months for when she wanted to see me next. (Luckily we are moving) I’m giving the second Star because I was gonna show up late for my appointment bc of my tire and the ladies up front were very understanding and patient with me. Becky the receptionist is incredibly rude and disrespectful. She will berate you after a sensitive appointment if you miss one $40 payment for a treatment that she originally told you would be covered by your insurance. Becky, you’re a receptionist. Get over yourself.
