If there was a No star option I would’ve chosen that, the lady was extremely rude to me would not recommend this place to anyone. I walked in to a very weird front lobby. On a nightly basis around midnight Horseshoe Hammond "freezes" whatever number of names are on wait list, when staff begins closing tables. However, the "wait list" being "frozen" / "closed" is not revealed by Horseshoe as part of app information.
