I ordered a funeral spray arrangement for a morning service the day before the funeral. That morning I received a message asking if they could substitute it for a funeral basket. I sent a message confirming that it was ok to substitute it. The order was for $195.00! IT NEVER ARRIVED!! After numerous phone calls to the flower shop someone finally answered, when I questioned them as to why the flowers were not delivered they apologized and said that they were short handed and that they did not deliver it!!!
