I’ve been a member of Genesis Health and Fitness for about 2.5 years. I initially joined because of the gym’s size and facilities despite it being significantly more expensive than other options, I was happy to pay for the quality. However, their payment and refund systems are beyond frustrating and honestly quite pathetic. Great gym with an excellent recovery area for post-workout sessions. The staff are friendly and welcoming, and the equipment is well-maintained with plenty available at all times. A solid all-round facility for both training and recovery.

Being a bigger girl, I was hesitant to start but the young girl Sarah welcomed me with arms wide open. She made me feel comfortable enough to join and start right away. I also start PT sessions with Bec, she’s amazing and made me feel safe and comfortable. Highly recommend if you just starting out or need to change to a really good space

I joined 8 weeks ago and go 3 times week to 8am classes. The instructors are great at putting you through a different range of movements to achieve overall fitness and flexibility. Ive met some really lovely people there..we stay behind a couple of times for a coffee which is just inside the main entrance.
