Love the sauna. Nice and hot
Great gym! I’m a gym owner and trainer from northern BC Love the set up great amount of selection. Cardio is top notch as well and best set up for cardio in any gym I’ve been in.
Great place Great staff Dont sleep on it if your passing through or working in area . Great selection of equipment and free weight .
Good gym vibes. Tons of equipment! They also have a sauna, recovery room, and exercise area. They make delicious smoothies !
