Woke up to multiple emails this morning "congratulating" me for opening up 2 new credit cards... I've never done so with you. Now the customer service numbers were "experiencing technical difficulties", waited half an hour, and are now no longer in service. And all other phone numbers are either not in service anymore or aren't picking up the phone. Absolutely ridiculous. How the hell can I get in contact to dispute this and make sure that there aren't TWO "new credit cards registered" for me?
It was easy to access and available.
I keep getting unsolicited emails from this company even though I keep unsubscribing from their list. I never even signed up for anything from them to begin with, I just keep getting emails from them lately.
Concora credit is a horrible credit card company that does not care about their customers at all. Just a couple of months ago I was charged a $99.00 yearly fee. I paid it in full. Then they turned right around and charged me a monthly fee of $20.00 a month. I called and made a complaint. I requested a refund for the $99.00 yearly fee. Or I requested that the $20.00 a month fee be waived for one year since I had just paid the $99.00 yearly fee. They would not give me a refund or make it right in any way so I canceled my card ... read more
