Concora credit is a horrible credit card company that does not care about their customers at all. Just a couple of months ago I was charged a $99.00 yearly fee. I paid it in full. Then they turned right around and charged me a monthly fee of $20.00 a month. I called and made a complaint. I requested a refund for the $99.00 yearly fee. Or I requested that the $20.00 a month fee be waived for one year since I had just paid the $99.00 yearly fee. Worst company ever stay away, opened up two cards and they couldn’t verify my identity and said they were closing my accounts. 30 days late they call me for payments even thiugh cards should have been cancelled. Never used them. Couldn’t cause they couldn’t verify! Stay away!
Flaged my account for suspicious activity the very first time I use it. After getting declined 2 times I call them and they tell me i will get a letter in the mail in 2 weeks wanting me to send them a copy of my drivers license. I refused and told them to close my account and I will be closing my other card as well. This credit card company is by far the worst I have ever had ! 20$ a month for fees then 49.99 a year 700$ limit never goes up started with 8 a month fee then moved to 19.95 a month I cancel my card and they charge me 49$ for closing the account! Insane! DO NOT GET ANYTHING FROM THEM!
