Saw Dr. Okeke once after transferring from compass, this was through a medical referral from an actual doctor. Had been going to compass for 5-6 years now and felt like we weren’t getting anywhere in terms of me getting provided the correct help and medication. I stay away from all meds that have a potential to abuse, so that kinda dumbs it down to SSRI’s, antipsychotics, mood stabilizers, and a few others. If youre having a mental health crisis dont call these guys especially if you havent been established. They will make you fill out paper work and stuff before they even think about giving you an appointment even if youre having a mental meltdown. They'll just say hey go to the hospital...the place that doesn't have counseling or psychiatrists to help all they do is have a GP doctor shoot you up with some calming drugs fir 24hrs OR they ship you off to Larned for 3 days where you camt get any help with your diagnoses problems... read more
I’ve wrote a review here but it must have been deleted. If you are pregnant please avoid this place if at all possible. If I could give it negative stars I would. All of my scheduled appointments were being canceled for some reason I had only been seen once around 12 weeks for a pee test and they would not see me after that. I was almost 20 weeks pregnant and hadn’t even heard a heartbeat to further confirm pregnancy and they kept canceling my appointments. I’m so tired of places that are supposed to offer hospitality, care, and security treating sick or people that need help, like absolute garbage. This place offered the most terrible attitude I have ever been treated with, all the nurses seemed forced to be there treating every person in need like terrible trash. I specifically told them I needed a specific appointment time which they said yes due to me scheduling a MONTH in advance, and when i wake up to get ready, a SHORT time notice that my appointment got moved SEVEN HOUR... read more
If I could put 0 stars I would. Absolutely do NOT go here if you’re pregnant and can help it. They kept canceling my appointments and I still hadn’t been seen by anyone and I was 17 weeks pregnant. I would have been over 20 weeks pregnant by the time they would have even attempted to see me and do any lab work or anything. Please go somewhere else where they’ll actually take you and your baby seriously. DO NOT GO HERE.
