Very bad service I should have listened to the reviews. Front desk ladies are so rude they don’t care at all and for me they were at fault because they didn’t tell me so I missed my appointment they don’t take accountability on their part. Don’t go there!

I've had bad experiences at Genesis Family Health in both Dodge City and Garden City. I'll never forget when I was 17 and pregnant, and the nurse assistant in Garden City told me that my body wasn't mine anymore, that now it's all about the baby I'm carrying. This happened in 2019. It's highly inappropriate for them to speak from a pro-life point of view or any point of view to a patient; they should not give their personal opinions on this matter. Saw Dr. Okeke once after transferring from compass, this was through a medical referral from an actual doctor. Had been going to compass for 5-6 years now and felt like we weren’t getting anywhere in terms of me getting provided the correct help and medication. I stay away from all meds that have a potential to abuse, so that kinda dumbs it down to SSRI’s, antipsychotics, mood stabilizers, and a few others.
