Kaylee Lopez is amazing! I’d give 5 stars just based on her interactions and professionalism. But calling and trying to get an appointment before the next ice age is next to impossible. My daughter has been an established client and when I called to make an appointment, I was told that I must first make an appointment for a “navigator” to get my identification and insurance. Dr. Padilla has been incredible helping us figure out what is going on with my child. She is professional,patient and timely and I would highly recommend!!!
The absolute worst waste of time , money , effort, just to be denied medical assistance. Made an appointment for a doctor and had one , once I show up , they said it's a. Appointment for a new patient portal. It went from supposed to see a medical doctor named Olga to a non doctor named Melissa . If I could rate it 0 I would , the ABSOLUTE WORST. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!!!
