I had a very disappointing experience with Dr. Alvaldez. I visited her after a bad fall, dealing with a sprained foot. Before I could fully explain my symptoms or discomfort, she quickly dismissed my concerns, telling me she wouldn't do an X-ray and that I should just wait a couple of months and elevate my foot. While I understand that X-rays can be expensive, I felt it was very rude and dismissive. I left feeling unheard and pushed aside. Dr. Alvarez has been our family physician since 2006. We have not had any issues to report. Very good and attentive nurses. They know what they are doing. The cherry on the cake is the lady at the front desk, Ruth, never had an issue getting to see Dr. Alvarez, even on a short notice. Always smiling and have a contagious good humor.

Highly recommend! The doctor is empathetic and extremely knowledgeable. I trust her with my health and my family’s! It makes me sad to see the negative reviews on here but if only 11 people have something to complain about out of the thousands of patients she has had since opening in 2005, I think she’s doing pretty well! Wish more people posted when they were happy, but as a society we are programmed to only share when we are upset!
