Dr Alvarez has been my personal physician for more than 10 years. She is exactly what I expect in a family practice physician: empathetic, knowledgeable, and willing to take time for me and my concerns. Her staff, also, has always treated me with kindness and respect. I heartily recommend Dr Alvarez.
Office staff is rude and the Dr. is horrible! She prescribed my husband too much medication and he ended up in the hospital. I am a diabetic and showed up 10 minutes late for an appointment which I had to fast for and was told I would have to sit there all day and wait until all other patients were seen. When I explained that that was impossible and that being a diabetic and not being able to eat all day was dangerous I was told "Well maybe next time you will get here on time!" Avoid this 3rd world hell hole at all costs!
