i had to go today for a severe internal and external ear infection caused by previous medical neglect at another place. i came here just to atleast get a stronger antibiotic. didn’t have high hopes because of countless times hospitals have disappointed me. i was treated by the most kind, thoughtful, and overall amazing nurse and doctor. i mentioned i was thirsty and almost immediately i was given a big cup of ice water and it lowkey almost made me cry. it was so sweet and thoughtful. it wasn’t just “what are your symptoms” a... read more
We came here the other night and they were wonderful. I got seen very quickly and they were all very polite and sweet and helped me out. Thank you guys so much.
Went there at 1230AM because my daughter is having epistaxis continously for almost an hour, regardless of home interventions. No one in the lobby nor car is park in the parking lot at that time. Receptionist and nurses were nice. BUT the physician doesn't seem to care at all. Only checked on my daughter and made his assessment after the medication is given, which I would say A WHILE. Shouldn't he be checking or assessing patients before nurses administered any medications? I notice quite a bit of a rash started to developed... read more
Would not recommend taking a BABY here - we had a 14-week-old who was dehydrated from an illness and they took almost 2 hours to get her in. They were admitting other patients who were there for non-urgent injuries over a dehydrated infant. Seemed to be going in order vs priority. By the time they finally started to take tests on our baby to draw blood and insert an IV, they failed to find a vein due to being dehydrated, after trying multiple times and switching staff. Very disappointed on their operating ethics.
Went to the ER with my 13 y old grandson after an e-bike accident. ER not very busy. He was having difficulty breathing. When we reminded them again of his breathing, the Triage nurse told us “I watched him, he looks fine”. It wasn’t until after they took X-rays, that they started moving. 6 rib fractures in the front, 7 in the back, a partially collapsed lung and a broken wrist.
