I know it’s an emergency room w/ out beds to admit; it’s sort of nice because it’s better than an urgent care yet not as crowded as a traditional emergency room.Dr. Simms and his staff( there are other doctors) , but he is the one I saw. Great bedside manner, cared about my infection, and even listened about my allergies and corrected the antibiotics formulation. By far the best hospital ER in the quad Cities!! The medical staff really take pride in there care! I came in with severe pain and the Dr. Did everything he could do to help me. No wait got right in the 2 times that I have been here. And they try really hard to find out what is causing the patient's medical issue. The nursing staff are also amazing!!!
Absolute horrible experience, no wonder there is not a wait. Called to ask basic and simple questions and was refused any answer. Ended up going to ED to get my blood pressure taken and told I could not be helped. In an out in 5 min and charged $500
If you need emergent care in the Quad Cities this should be your first choice. It is very clean, staffed by happy people, and efficient in their care. We were walk-in patients last weekend and were served immediately. They took us into the back within 3 minutes and the nurse helped us right away. The total time spent including doctor evaluation, cardiac tests and bloodwork was around 2 hours. I think that may be an emergency room record.
NP Jennifer Kammer is outstanding!! She's so polite, considerate & thoughtful plus she's so down to earth! Highly recommended! Jada (her assistant) is great too!
