There was a problem with the HVAC system and I contacted Fayetteville Heating and Air Conditioning. Genesis Emergency AC Repair gave me a daily appointment slot and the problem was diagnosed quickly. Genesis Emergency AC Repair made the necessary repair to the system and everything is working perfectly now.

This firm, Genesis Emergency AC Repair, is excellent. I've really had multiple encounters with the owner, and he's simply a really great guy. He's a good old boy. His guy showed up on time and turned out that the unit we were questioning had a very small problem that was easily resolved so they only charged us the $75 service fee for showing up. Great guys, great customer service. Over all this is the company I will definitely be using in the future for anything I need.

The company Genesis Emergency is very amazing. I've really had multiple encounters with the owner, and he's simply a really great guy. An old fashioned boy. The unit we were questioning had a very minor issue that was readily fixed, so they just charged us the $75 service fee for coming up. His person arrived on schedule. Fantastic customer service and great folks. Overall, I will most certainly use this firm again in the future for all of my needs.

Not on time terrible service we had to unfortunately use this company through our home warranty we have been without ac for two days and we have a 4 month old the technician is over three hours late and laughed at us when we voiced our unappreciation of the situation so stay away from this company they are garbage
