If you are in the SWFl area and looking for a resi elevator company I would highly recommend you stay away from this company. They missed their deadlines by 6 months, cost me an additional 36k and the leadership locally in the area shows up with the attitude “if you don’t sign up for service w me in 90 days your warranty is cancelled”. Amazing company from beginning to end karen option 1 the techs are very punctual and detailed. Even though they are in Atlanta an I am.in Florida they recognize you very helpful resourceful,respectful. Get things done asap.
Always a positive experience with Genesis and their techs.
The initial experience of installing elevator was quite dramatic.Getting in touch and getting things done were extremely difficult. I’ve had the elevator for about three years and it works very well. My issue is the yearly cost of maintenance. Previous years were relatively reasonable but this year they charged me $629.00 they tried to charge me $679.00 until I objected.
