Based on my personal experience, I bitterly regret ever doing business with this company. They sent the wrong specs for the landing area, so while their installers waited half a day, our general contractor had to completely gut the cement they'd laid out and re-do it. They installed a vertical enclosed lift that, contrary to everything they'd promised, had no ventilation and no way to reach anyone if it broke down with someone in it.
