Josh is one of the most knowledgeable Elevator-technicians that I have ever met. He explained every step that was performing doing. I would recommend him to all of my colleagues and friends that have elevators at their business or at their home. Genesis elevatorsshould be proud to have Josh as one of their team members!!
We have had a service contract with Genesis for over ten years and it has been without consequence . We call, and they quickly send out knowledgeable servicemen who always solve our issues.
Dan was excellent, knowledgeable, and friendly. Based on this experience I would definitely recommend.
