Would not do business here. Very poor communication. David (the president of the company) demanded for several payments through wire transfer, or to pay upfront before even bringing the motor in to be repaired. Would not recommend to anyone.

I've been working with Dave and the crew and GEM for over a decade and the professionalism and customer service is probably the best in the Tampa Bay area. Anytime I've had an issue with one of my motors they were always there to troubleshoot the problem and get the job done in a timely manner. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

After conducting thorough research and speaking with current and former customers, it is my duty to provide an honest negative review of Genesis Electric Motors in Largo, Florida. Firstly, the customer service at Genesis Electric Motors is abysmal. Many customers have reported that they were treated rudely and unprofessionally by the staff. Took my golf cart motor in for repairs. Zack was able to diagnose and repair my motor in no time at all. He explained to me exactly what was wrong with it. Their knowledge and customer service is excellent. If you need a motor repaired or replaced this is the place to go. Thank you so much. You guys are the BEST!
