BUYER BEWARE!!!!! They showed up and did not complete the service and charged for it. After this incident, I then canceled the service. The landscaper showed up two days after canceling and tried to cut the grass and then demand payment for it. I caught them before they attempted to perform the canceled service, and they became argumentative and threatening. Eventually they relented and accepted the service had been canceled and was no longer desired. DO NOT RECOMMEND
These guys were so helpful and nice! And hard-working great at what they do and I couldn't believe how fast he was able to get the job done, looked great and cleaned everything up, super professional! I will definitely be recommending him to friends
I’ve been using Genesis Dad & Son Landscaping over a year now, and it’s been such a great experience. They always made time to come out when I needed them, the pricing was fair, and the work was always top-notch. Really reliable and easy to work with — I’d definitely recommend them!
I called on 5/24/24 and made an appointment to get my hill dug for planting. They were to be here on Tuesday 5/28 at 7 and never showed up, never called. Irresponsible, if you didn’t want;t my business or weren’t gonna show up you should have notified me. Terrible service company!
I’ve been a loyal customer for over a year and spent a lot of money on various projects. I’ve paid my bills on time and I have no complaints about the quality of work however the last job was a nightmare. Late arrivals, early departures, and many times no-show for work. After repeated requests for a detailed invoice for time (labor) as I paid for the materials 8 weeks later I still have not received one. He verbally gave me one price then changed it.
