Dr Smith was very professional and kind. I had 2 surgeries many years ago and he was warm and knowledge. No issues and plenty of follow up. I know he had passed but didn't want him to have a bad rating when he was a great surgeon.
Not all that great, personable until after the surgery. Not all that great of a job. If I'd had it done to look great, instead of for medical comfort relief, I think I'd have sued. He was a surly nasty arrogant ass! I had horrid scars, but they certainly were not "his" fault!!! Had to be mine! Nothing done to relieve the pain or ugliness. I did heal and no longer have awful pain of shoulders or back, but I would never recommend this facility to anyone!
