One of the three times I've been to this walk-in clinic, I was actually seen by a doctor. The other two times the door has been locked and no one was there to answer. I've called Genesis to inquire about this and they said "They're not usually great at telling us when they're in." So basically, take the 'open' times you see on Google with a grain of salt.
