I do like my doctor. I also usually like most of the other doctors and nurses. However, the front desk staff is usually very rude and unpleasant. I once had to pick up a letter that was in an envelope, I asked for it and the front desk lady opened it up pulled it out and looked at it and asked me why I needed the note. I also had been to the ER and was supposed to call my pcp after to follow up. The nurse got on the phone with me and advised that the ER always say that but its a recommendation not a need. Olivia Smith was so kind to me. She helped me today in office. She showed me a lot of grace, and really just helped me when I needed it. I want her boss to know she's doing a great job. Thank you for what you do Olivia.
Got a new doctor which I thought would be better then doctor cloos, which u couldn't be much worse, didn't even talk to her for 5 minutes because of an intern doing her rounds, and I never got calls back to be referred to other places cuz of a medical condition, really great place, mine as well google ur symptoms, maybe u will get further
Refused to see adult, disabled, patient because they didn’t have their ID on them. Staff was rude and un-empathetic. Gave inaccurate information over the phone and in person. They delayed patient care and caused additional, unnecessary pain to the patient, as they were struggling to walk on a broken bone. Very disappointed!
Doctors are great staff 0 stars.
