The nurses are great. I wish I could say the same for the level of care and compassion from the Nurse Practitioners and Doctors. I feel like it was more about them just trying to get through their shift than anything else. I work in management with all walks of life upwards of 12 to 14 hours a day 6 to 7 days a week in high stress environments, so I get it, but if you’re not cut out for it; then get out of it. I also never feel the need to write reviews. Funny that it seems to be a trend with this location.

Receptionist sent my 86 year old mother to the wrong area. My mom told her she was there for blood work but receptionist sent her to urgent care. My mom asked her if she was in the wrong side and receptionist was very rude and argumentative. Mom had been fasting for 14 hours and was feeling faint. She was finally taken back for blood work and receptionist began bad mouthing her to the other receptionist. Very unprofessional!
I do like my doctor. I also usually like most of the other doctors and nurses. However, the front desk staff is usually very rude and unpleasant. I once had to pick up a letter that was in an envelope, I asked for it and the front desk lady opened it up pulled it out and looked at it and asked me why I needed the note. I also had been to the ER and was supposed to call my pcp after to follow up. The nurse got on the phone with me and advised that the ER always say that but its a recommendation not a need. Olivia Smith was so kind to me. She helped me today in office. She showed me a lot of grace, and really just helped me when I needed it. I want her boss to know she's doing a great job. Thank you for what you do Olivia.
