I want to give recognition to Kodee ARNP for going above and beyond in providing care. She went the extra yard in making sure we got our medications by giving us a follow up call once we were home. She is a very caring and kind provider.
While I initially was pleased with the care I received during my urgent care visit to MercyOne Genesis, I am giving it a 1-star review because of their billing. AWESOME EXPERIENCE! Went there on a Saturday morning. Everyone was wonderful. Short wait and personnel were great. And best of all, I feel better!
