Horrible Experience. Our family had name change at the beginning of the year which had been completed with new insurance cards and paperwork. I had submitted everything to our Genesis PCP at beginning of year with no problem. Fast forward to middle of April and my very healthy child needs to go to Urgent Care. We check in and even though I have an updated insurance card the system isn’t updated with the new name…..even though it is with her Genesis Pediatrician…..they apologize and ask me to complete extra paperwork….no prob... read more
Slowest office i have ever been to for a simple exam. Every time I've gone its completely dead and still a 45min waiting room + 1hr in the room waiting on a doctor to make a simple visit exam. Go somewhere else.
Excellent care and very good staff!
