They must not need business or good reviews. That review above me, he works there. They dont call back. They bail ot not show up. We waited for them today. I called them, and they text back. Saying due to rain they will reschedule. It rained in Tampa, where their company is. But not in Sarasota. Save yourself the headache and unprofessional-ism. Find a more reputable company.
Poor communication, worse work, Leo wouldnt tell the owner walter of the issues, so i did last week and they agreed to rip out and start over. A full week later we are worse off with more damages to tile floor and wooden stairs. Owner agreed to full refund yesterday but has not contacted me or terminated the contract. LEO forgot that he told me he would be here at 8 AM. this morning to pick up his tools and supplies and instead sent Pedro at 9am. PREVIOUS REVIEW from a few days ago VANISHED.
Please think before hiring this company in its current state. Prior crews may have been amazing but I am in the middle of a disaster and I have stopped work until the owner comes tonight and correct issue. Day labors from a HD lot have more knowledge than the guys that did demo and prep for tile work. I stopped the job last night after wall and flooring backer was installed backwards and proper framing was not completed for shower doors or drywall outside of the bath.
