From the moment of first contact until now a week and a half later, the communication and professionalism is unmatched. KT was absolutely awesome to work with. The workers that came to my home were kind and careful of my belongings. The finished job is absolutely everything I was hoping for. They were honest with their assessments and suggestions. I had an exceptional experience with Genesis Contracting & Home Improvements. My project manager, Kalvin, was so thorough and his crew of Ed, Andres and Luis were highly skilled and did an amazing job on my basement repairs. They went over and above for me and I couldn't be happier. Cindi, the project administrator, stayed in constant communication with me and I felt like a priority the whole time.
