Unfortunately we do not recommend working with this company. Benjamin quoted an egress window project for us and we paid a $2400 deposit on 10/6/2024 - over 9 months ago. They have never called to set up install. I have called repeatedly since October to follow up on the project and Jennifer sometimes answers the phone and makes excuses for why it hasn’t been done and says they will be in touch. I had a wonderful experience with Benjamin and his team. They were very communicative and answered all of my questions. They were punctual and did an awesome job installing a vapor barrier and enclosing our cistern. I highly recommend this business!
I worked with Genesis to install new gutters on my home and build two large retaining walls in my cellar. Their team was wonderful to work with and they did an excellent job.
