Absolute clown show. Genesis was contracted by my HOA to replace walkways. They posted disclaimers everywhere, exempting them from liability for damaged property. So I had low expectations from the start, and they still managed to surprise me. Someone driving a truck for this company is a dangerous driver. Almost didn't stop at a red light causing me to veer over at an intersection, then I was going 9 over the speed limit and they came flying up riding my bumper and after that when I had to make a right turn instead of slowing down behind me they went into the median lane in the middle of the road to go around. Won't be surprised if they get in a accident or cause one driving that way.

I had a very negative experience with their services. They seem to be inexperienced in miter cuts, as they butt joint everything. I strongly recommend hiring a reputable contractor instead.

Communications are ridiculous and actually call attention to this company being well below quality. Before they do work they post an excusal of liability that doesn’t and shouldn’t apply to the scope. If you have to excuse damage to parts of a residence that you have nothing to do with, clearly you aren’t reputable.

From previous reviews I see, not much as changed. They aren't even replacing the rotten wood, they are only COVERING UP the rotten wood . These houses are gonna fall apart! Very unprofessional and half-assed.
