I am so incredibly grateful to Genesis Carpet Cleaning!!! Today was honestly a disaster. I was trying to clean my carpets myself, and the machine completely broke, dumping nasty, dirty dog water all over my floors. My house smelled awful, and I was already stressed and overwhelmed. I had a great experience with Genesis Carpet Cleaning. They came out late in the evening on a weekend when I really needed help, which I really appreciated. They were professional and friendly, and did a great job. My carpets look and smell so much better now. I’d definitely recommend them if you need reliable carpet cleaning.
They were responsive and quick to get scheduled. They were very informative and had fair pricing- the carpets were clear of stains, and I'm happy with the end product. They also use a high-powered agitator and suction vs. the hand-held wand some other companies use.
Matt and Georgie came out and cleaned our carpets they were so respectful and nice They were able to get us in when we called all over Okc in a time crunch to get it done before the holidays and Genesis was the only place we could find that was willing and able Our carpets look brand new and the house smells amazing I highly recommend them and will absolutely be using them again Thank you guys you’re wonderful
