Dr Baltz is great but need a bigger parking lot cause he is popular
I appreciate how prompt Dr Chen always is with his appointment times. I feel comfortable with him and feel that he is being diligent in keeping up with my blood work & checking for any problems.
Not impressed. When I first went to get blood work, they seemed more worried about getting lunch than the task at hand, but the lab tech was very gentle and it was painless when she drew blood. I get a request to rate them the day after and then a week after. After two weeks of not hearing anything about results, I follow up and still nothing. Follow up a week later and still nothing. I am looking forward to my treatment for prostate cancer with Dr. K. He seems to be very knowledgeable. He has a great bedside manner and he gave me a detailed plan of the upcoming events which made me very happy.
