We took possession of our home by Genesis a month ago. I am overall happy with the house quality and service. They delivered on time, shared regular updates, answered questions and are very responsive. There were minor issue (as expected in new construction house) but they fix them in a timely manner. The construction companies here are very poor. They are construction companies that are urgent for their own interests with cheap materials and unskilled manpower. Why did you choose this construction company when there are many other companies here.
We are residents from BC planning to move to Calgary; and had purchased a lot this year in February month from Genesis builders. First off, we met Dmitri Voyevoda, the sales manager, when we were looking for a new home and it’s literally took us 30 minutes to decide to go with Genesis Homes: that’s how efficient and helpful he was: prompt and steered us to better lot and home as well! I wanted to take a minute to write a review about Dmitri Voyevoda and our amazing experience with him. To set the scene, my wife and I are total newbs, had never even considered building new, therefore didn’t have the foggiest about anything, so you can imagine we had 100+ questions!
