I wanted to take a minute to write a review about Dmitri Voyevoda and our amazing experience with him. To set the scene, my wife and I are total newbs, had never even considered building new, therefore didn’t have the foggiest about anything, so you can imagine we had 100+ questions! We walked into so many show homes that 1st weekend, and Dmitri was very upbeat, kind, patient & uber helpful. Excellent service, great communication. We’re very happy with our decision to go with genesis builders.
We had such a wonderful team to work with. They built a really airtight and beautiful home. Where changes were required they will let us know ahead of time before making any change. They only made one change, and that was necessary and to our benefit. Closer to possession date we needed access for window finishing and furniture measurements, they did their best to work with us to schedule the appointments.
