Erica is an incredible instructor who also demonstrates the exercises that are completed in class with ease. I learned what a pistol squat is, ouch lol. Overall a healthy, fun, challenging experience that pushes you to the best of your ability. Can’t wait to come back!
This gym is fantastic. Nothing but great experiences here. The training was top-notch, sane and I was able to train 5 days a week based on their programming without being too worn out from overtraining.
Was harassed on multiple occasions when I had done nothing wrong. Don’t go here.
