I was told my 12 month contract would end on a set date - no mention of needing to cancel or that it would roll over to weekly charges. No warning, no email, just quiet deductions from my account. When I raised it the staff hid behind fine print instead of taking responsibility - DO BETTER!

Be careful of the contract- if you cancel online take screenshots and evidence of what you said and did they tried to give me a $330 cancellation fee instead of $150 establishment fee because they ‘lost’ my original request. (This is only for BAILEY FITNESS). The actual staff at Baldivis genesis bailey are nice and cool especially Grace she is always kind and she is good at her job. Also the Muay Thai is AMAZING Coach Matty and everyone is so kind, the instructions are clear and it’s super fun would definitely recommend!!

Love My Gym Genesis Bailey Fitness Baldivis The gym itself and the classes are top notch with so much variety I use the Gym facilities aswell as the Reformer Pilates classes. My kids also attend Muay Thai classes which we love The staff and instructors are friendly, fun and just all over a great team.

I mostly was at pursuit Amazing group of people that attend the classes Trained with pursuit for a year and 9 months before moving on to another club. Didn't work out for my goal and what I needed in a coach. Gym recently renovated Always has teenagers there sitting around not even working out starting fights and braking things in the rest rooms 😑 the staff are nice but need someone with more authority for the young kids.
