Really great gym with everything you need for a good workout. The equipment is modern and well maintained, and there’s a good variety whether you’re doing weights or cardio. The staff are super friendly and always willing to help, which makes the whole place feel welcoming. It’s also kept clean and organised, which I really appreciate. Overall, it’s a great environment to train in and I’d definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a reliable gym.

This place has grown alot since i signed up, renovations and modernisation of the gym to keep up to the today standard of gym. For me the BEST PART is the muay thai gym and the coach its a community and you meet the best people here no egos everyones learning and you can never go wrong with becoming more disciplined with like minded people who inspire you to push yourself, join now and tell them ayee pee sent you 🤣🤣 (dont say ayee pee sent you) (say tongan matty sent you)
