I go here consistently and for some reason I've noticed: 1. Gym staff dont care about any of the rules they set.. about 95% of people in the gym with no towels, and dont wipe down their equipment after they are done. Weights are thrown everywhere, left on machines, gym staff see all of this and dont react at all... nor clean up. Pretty disappointing.
I was told my 12 month contract would end on a set date - no mention of needing to cancel or that it would roll over to weekly charges. No warning, no email, just quiet deductions from my account. When I raised it the staff hid behind fine print instead of taking responsibility - Now it’s the 14th October and they’re still taking money from my account when this was cancelled on 2nd September???? DO NOT SIGN UP absolute rip offs

Be careful of the contract- if you cancel online take screenshots and evidence of what you said and did they tried to give me a $330 cancellation fee instead of $150 establishment fee because they ‘lost’ my original request. (This is only for BAILEY FITNESS). The actual staff at Baldivis genesis bailey are nice and cool especially Grace she is always kind and she is good at her job. Also the Muay Thai is AMAZING Coach Matty and everyone is so kind, the instructions are clear and it’s super fun would definitely recommend!!
The transformation of the gym is incredible,plenty of quality equipment and friendly staff,what more do you want
