There are people in their office that are disrespectful and rude to the clients and other employees that they share and office with. The lady Sam was yelling at other employees.
I absolutely love Genesis! I had a herniated L5S1 and was facing fusion surgery. Since I started my 24 treatments, I've had nothing but best care and results. No more tingling or burning down my legs. Sam is awesome! Dr Smith is very honest with his patients. He will let you know if this is not for you. I would recommend Genesis to anyone with back issues.
It has been a really big help for me. I did the initial 12 weeks twice a week and now I am doing the maintenance and still getting better! Also, Sam the girl that runs it is great!
I went there after I was told that I needed to have my back fused from L2 to L4 after having two prior back surgeries. I have to be honest I was skeptical. At first I met with the chiropractor showed him. My MRI told him what my problems were what they wanted to do. He suggested I do one treatment on the genesis, after the first treatment which I had immediate relief for my sciatica. I have now done 12 treatments. Genesis Back and neck is tending to my needs perfectly. They are very professional and understand your needs and work to resolve those issues. I have gone through a program similar to this in California and I needed a tune up and they are working with me to get my back healthy again. I Highly recommend Genesis Back and Neck.
