The staff at Genesis neck and Bank are friendly and attentive - I feel well taken care of
Was a little sceptical but was in so much pain that I felt I had nothing to lose . Well I came there barely walking and by the time I got home was walking without that unbearable pain in my lower back, I've even walked my dog around the neighborhood I'm sold on this procedure

Had a complimentary visit for treatment of lower back pain. Great team working there. The success of many patients being able to avoid surgery and get back to normal routines is almost miraculous. I noticed their treatments are overall cheaper than the very expensive pain management steroid shots you will receive for "the approved insurance treatments." It is a shame insurance won't cover a non pharmaceutical approach. I plan to use there facility in the future.
So professional and efficient. All staff, everyone of them, were warm and friendly. You will enjoy going there.
