The crew here are some of the nicest and best people I’ve interacted with in the healthcare industry! They were very helpful with putting together a flexible payment plan which really lessened the burden. When I first came in I could barely walk due to my herniated disc and sciatica, but 8 weeks into the treatment I’m feeling great with virtually no pain left! I have a herniated disk at L2-L3. The nerve affected made by right leg ache and my right quad much weaker than my left. Before the Genesis treatments, when I first stood up in the morning, the pain in my right leg was so bad I had to immediately sit down. The Genesis treatments have fixed my disk. I came to this place with lots of hesitation but was pleasantly surprised when I started the process and that it worked ! My back pain is manageable— I’m able to drive with no pain in right knee. Huge relief !! The staff is very professional , helpful personable, kind and empathetic ❣️ They really care !!!!!
I am glad I found out about this treatment center here at Genesis Back and Neck. I have been looking for a solution to my spina problems and I knew that there is a better way to taking poisonous pills in my body and definitely was not going to get injections and surgery and this was my hope of preventing injections and surgery as they both are not a long term fix.
