Saw their ad on Facebook since I have been having back troubles again. Sent me a text message, offer me a 5 PM appointment today Wednesday. Then I feel bombarded by texts messages about filling out paperwork and then confirming my appointment. I confirm, then today about 55 minutes ago, they call and ask if they can change the appointment from 5 pm to 3 PM, like really...I can't just adjust my whole day with only a few hours notice. Based alone on their customer service, I am refusing to do business with them.
I have been in coming here for about 2 months now. When I first went in, I was heavily fatigued and in a great deal of pain. I have improved greatly since then. Sleep has improved, haven't needed sleep meds for about 3 weeks now. I can also stand for longer periods of time at work without feeling immense pain! I've definitely made a lot of progress since starting here and have recommended it to a couple of my friends!
