I had a great experience with Genesis Neck & Back. The atmosphere was always pleasant, welcoming, and professional. I was honestly hesitant at first about moving forward with treatment, but I’m so glad I did. The results have been amazing, and it was absolutely worth the investment. The staff made me feel comfortable throughout the process, and I truly appreciate the care I received. I highly recommend Genesis Neck & Back to anyone looking for effective treatment and excellent service.
Genesis was incredible however I had my doubts at first as I had been through physical therapy, stretching, heat, ice, etc… w no relief or progress on my lower back. And I was skeptical of the price but man was it worth it. Out of all the treatments I tried this was by far the best relief for my lower back pains. They also knew the exact schedule I should be on to progress and the staff there was incredible. I have visits left that I have not had to use due to the success of their treatments. I highly recommend
Wonderful and friendly staff. The plan for recovery was clear, simple and all my questions were answered. Genesis does a fantastic job of communicating and keeping you informed of appointments and any next steps. Highly recommended!
I had been having lots of neck pain and these folks gave me an xray in 5 minutes and had a plan to help me, It doesn't get much better than that! My treatment was really great and they gave me some tools to take home to help me in the long run, thank you Genesis Neck and Back!!
