I would give this facility 10 stars if I could. I have found the staff to be awesome and extremely helpful. My experience with the treatments has been very positive. I see an improvement in my posture and a decrease in my pain level. My results began with the very first treatment and have continued building with each session. Due to a diagnosis of scolioses in my late twenties, a herniated disk in 2009, and a broken neck in 2022 I have been in almost constant pain. Everyone was friendly and I believe wanted to help, but ultimately there was no real change at any point in the process. I raised this at each opportunity but was urged to continue. I did everything I could do to support the Dr, even getting a new MRI which ultimately showed no physical change If I had to do it all over again I would have been more direct about canceling at midpoint to recover some of the expense
Couldn’t ask for a better place to get relief on my multiple disc bulges , not knowing what was going to happen, but they explained everything in detail.I did 24 sessions twice a week and went from laying in bed for most of December to waking a couple of miles a day, The entire staff at Genesis back and neck were amazing,Thank you.
