I was very impressed with Genesis Back & Neck. Staff is very friendly and professional. Hermine was always ready for me when I arrived at my appointment. I never had to wait.
Great staff, communication, and overall costumer service. They are honest and make sure you get all of your questions answered. Would recommend to anyone dealing with a disc issue!
My main concern is always results, and they delivered. Went from a terrible condition with lots of pain numbness and an unable to function, but o back to normal. Didn’t like having to buy a big package of sessions, but it worked!! Staff was awesome - kind, friendly, flexible, etc.
