I would like to retract my previous review. I was ignorant on the decompression procedure. Due to my lack of understanding didn't know that physical therapy an chiropracticadjustments were part of the procedure. We met with thechiroptactic doctor and now I have a better understanding on the healing process. I would recommend Genesis back and neck. I wish I could comment on actual results, but when I was still sitting in the waiting room 25 minutes after my appointment time I had to just leave. It is really hard to support a business that does not respect scheduling or their customers time. I completely understand, running behind. A text to slide my appointment 30 minutes to an hour seems like a reasonable enough expectation. When I left, there was still another patient in front of me waiting to go back.
