I wish I could comment on actual results, but when I was still sitting in the waiting room 25 minutes after my appointment time I had to just leave. It is really hard to support a business that does not respect scheduling or their customers time. I completely understand, running behind. A text to slide my appointment 30 minutes to an hour seems like a reasonable enough expectation. When I left, there was still another patient in front of me waiting to go back.
My wife started decompression at the Beaumont location months ago. After 25 sessions and $4000 later she still hurts and pain has moved to her hips.after consultations with some reputable chiropractors she was told that the decompression should have not been at 115 nopounds that Genesis did on her. 60 pounds should have been the highest.Its obvious now that Genisis does not help everyone. Before I started these treatments I could barely walk or move each day, and as a Lineman I'm required to do much more. I started going here and day by day.. and week by week.. I felt like I got my life back. Thank you Genesis Back & Neck and staff members Karla & Erica for all you've done!
Had a herniated disk in C4-5. After multiple chiropractic appts with little to no relief, I was referred to Genesis. Dr Coronado was very nice and explained the options I had. After 4 or 5 treatments my pain was back to a 0, with no soreness before or after treatment. Staff here is excellent as well!
Absolutely love this place. My son and me both have used it. Defiantly worth the money and time. Fixing my neck and my son’s 2 herniated disk pain almost immediately.
