These guys are awesome deadset, Had a clutch replacement and even advised me to use a single mass flywheel instead of the factory dual mass flywheel I had so they knew what they were talking about and a log book service. 10/10 Customer service as well everyone was so nice, was also expecting my car next day but they had it finished same day like WOW!!! Great service and very professional team. They took great care of our Suzuki grandvitara 2014 and clearly explained everything that needed to be repaired, as well as what could wait. Honest, knowledgeable and easy to deal with. I highly recommend them!
I’ve been taking my car to Genesis Autoworks for years and wouldn’t go anywhere else. Their communication is excellent – they always explain what needs doing, what can wait, and provide photos when needed. Honest, professional service and no surprises. Highly recommended.
These mechanics are amazing! It’s so rare to find these days. Took my 14yr Mazda for service. I didn’t bother to mention a subtle ‘rattle’ which two previous places could not identify to resolve during prior services. I was led to believe it was due to age for an ‘economy’ car and left it at that. To my surprise, these guys picked it up and brought it my attention. After asking around at a couple of places, I finally found the service I expected from a professional mechanic. This guy explained everything clearly and was honest. In the end, I only paid $50 to fix the same problem that other mechanics were asking for $200 for.
