Alfredo is great. He put in a new engine and the car is running fine. He was also very patient with the high maintenance people from Car Shield. Alfredo is great when it comes to Customer Service. He had the foresight to suggest an oil change after only 500 miles so he could check the engine he just installed. That proactive approach made me feel valued and taken care of. Service, with expertise and attention to detail, Genesis, is top notch all the way.
