We had such a great experience with the summer agility training at Genesis (aka Grind House) for our 10 and 12-year-old boys. In the past, we’ve tried other well-known spots and honestly had to drag the kids there—but not this time. My daughter is a competitive soccer player and immediately loved everything about the program. Genesis Athletic Performance is perfectly designed specifically for young athletes of all skill levels.
