I booked a tour to check out the facility and liked the space very much , came back today to sign up but the contract was a huge issue, waiver for all legal rights regarding injuries, I asked the receptionist to clarify and asked that what happens in case an injury happens due to gym's own negligence he said we are not responsible you are waiving your rights for a claim in such scenario, seriously these rights were put in place to protect people, and please don't bother to comment under this review cuz I know you are going t... read more
I visited on a day pass while staying in Vancouver to visit family. Easily the best gym I've been to. People were friendly, facilities were clean. There is an amazing variety of machines and there was plenty of free space (despite visiting at a fairly busy time). I didn't notice any equipment out of order, which is impressive given the number of machines. Has a decent number of free weights as well and some cable machines. It wasn't cheap but I will definitely go again next time I'm in town.
Fantastic gym. Amazing trainers and all the equipment you need to better your physique. Ask for Sofia as a trainer. She plans your workouts and meals.
Feels like every time I clock in there's new gym equipment in here. This place has more new equipment turn up in 6months I've been a member than gyms I've been a member of for 6years!! Great value for money. Proper gym !
This gym has a serious issue with how it handles harassment complaints. Sexual harassment and other forms of misconduct were dismissed without proper action, and Junior and George were never held accountable. This reflects poorly on the gym’s leadership and commitment to member safety.
