These people are very unkind and sketchy....there is not much else to say. I don't believe that these "Christian" people care about anything but looking like "Good Christians"...They also have a very rude and unfriendly little girl working up in the front......RUN AWAY!!!!!
This company has been terrible to my sister in law. She has had them for several years as her payee and they never answer the phone when she trie's to call, they take more than a week to call her back in response to phone messages which has left her in a bind financially more than once. She finally got tired of it and made herself her own payee and they yelled at her over the phone about it when they found out and decided to withhold all her money from her this month leaving her homeless and broke until social security gets ... read more

We have reached out to Ms. ***** regarding these allegations. We are not familiar with Ms. ***** and have had no correspondence with her to our knowledge. For that reason we cannot identify the client she's speaking of. Where SSA benefits are concerned if a client obtains another payee we receive a letter from SSA directing us to return funds immediately unless directed otherwise by SSA.
