ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING, Do not stay here. The photos are not what our room looked like, we could not even stay in the room and had to find new accomodation last minute. The whole room smelt damp, there was wet and mouldy carpet and curtains from a leaking air conditioning unit which must have been like that for a long time. It is a health hazard and I wouldn't touch that place with a ten foot pole. The rest of the room was dirty, yellowed pillows with dirt marks on the duvet.

I still get nightmares from this place and its been 2 years. Yall need to lock in and make sure its an actual livable place to sleep. I feel like i got a brain eating omeba just from breathing in the air. yall disgust me. I would give you a 0, but thats not possible so I give you.....a 1.

DO NOT STAY HERE. Recently stayed here. Not one to place a bad review but the owners need to see this. The location is the only thing good about this place. It is filthy and does not look like it ever gets cleaned. I don’t know where to start. Light switches didn’t work power plugs were hanging out of the walls. Doors out to the balcony did not lock, the kitchen was absolutely disgusting. The laundry cupboard had rotting cupboards and the ironing board was mouldy. The bedding was very minimal and dirty. We recently stayed in Apartment 3 in the Genesis Building, unfortunately, the property was not as advertised and was in an unacceptable condition upon arrival. It significantly impacted our holiday experience and did not meet the basic standards of cleanliness, maintenance, or comfort that were promised in the listing.
