We recently stayed in Apartment 3 in the Genesis Building, unfortunately, the property was not as advertised and was in an unacceptable condition upon arrival. It significantly impacted our holiday experience and did not meet the basic standards of cleanliness, maintenance, or comfort that were promised in the listing. Be careful with booking here they tried claiming I damaged the curtain rails and took money from my account and could never prove any damage.! The bank gave my money back due to false accusations.! Don’t stay here some rooms are a disgrace and filthy, as they’re privately owned.!

The location is undoubtedly the best part—it offers a beautiful view and easy access to the beach, shopping centre, and other amenities. The apartment is also spacious, which we appreciated. Unfortunately, that’s where the positives end. The apartment itself is very old and was not clean. Our balcony had visible cracks, the sofa was dirty, and the washing machine looked so outdated that we didn’t feel comfortable using it. Overpriced, dirty and non professional property managers. As many other reviews state, property is unkempt, bed linen is dirty and many general repairs and a deep clean is required. Booking.com need to review this property and remove it from their site.
