I have on old alarm system that is 35 years old and had a problem with it. When I talked to Ken about it it he new the system and new he would be able to fix it. He came over the same day to trouble shoot it and found out what was wrong. Within 2 days he had a refurbished part, as the new parts were no longer available and came over and installed it, tested the system and was done. With the cost being exactly what he quoted.
