Professional, timely and thorough….Ken ensures everything is looked after and any questions answered. He offered different options with no pressures to commit and installed a great cost effective solution with full training on all the functions.
Kind of inherited a Genesis alarm system in our building. Called and Ken Wong was right on it. Very impressed with the knowledge and attentive service, willingness to help and patience through the process. I hope I never get the change to really put the alarm to the test, but I do feel we are in good hands. Thanks.
I rarely volunteer to do reviews but Ken was awesome! Responded quickly to my phone messages, made time to fit me in his busy schedule and was truly an expert in his field, no hesitation knew exactly what he was doing master at his trade ! Ken really is the best in the business. He rewired our entire home security system and kept me informed throughout the entire process and it was all done in one day. He is very professional and we are so happy he was able to help us out as others were not. We have told our family and friends about him.
