I called Genesis Ajax to see if I could come in and test drive a car. I was transferred to Philip who did not answer the phone. The person I spoke with said they would take my information for him to call back. Upon my arrival at the dealership I was greeted by the front desk ladies who were very friendly. Brought my GV70 to Ajax Genesis after striking out with two other dealers. One quoted a 4-week wait, the other was dismissive and offered no loaner. Carla at Ajax was the complete opposite. She got my car in and repaired incredibly quickly, and even arranged a rental car since they didn’t have loaners available at the time. I didn’t even need it because the turnaround was that fast. Genuine customer service that’s hard to find. Highly recommend.
I highly recommend this dealership… especially Phillip. I recently bought a vehicle from Genesis Ajax. From the moment i walked in the door i was greeted by the staff and felt like i was important.
