Brian seems like a new salesman in the car industry, didn’t feel a real connection between if he would actually care about the deal and how the car operates after selling it, i ask one simple question and he just goes on and on, his product knowledge is very weak and does not know when you clearly talk like you just want to make your commission and move onto the next customer, I ask one simple question and get 10 random answers back leaving me confused. This is a luxary dealership setting the sales people should have product... read more
UPDATE Amazing how 10 months of continuous electrical problems can make you hate a car and the experience. Paying 75k with tax for a car that has spent 10 full shop days under repair and still is unable to be repaired. IT HAS 7000KM. It has been in the shop for the same problem repeatedly since February, i got the car in december. The general manager Kevin is useless and hides behind his employees. Will NEVER buy a genesis again or use genesis ajax. You are a terrible company and I will ensure I tell everyone of my experienc... read more
I visited Genesis Ajax today with my family to check out their vehicles and trade-in options. The showroom is beautiful and modern. The sales representative, Mr. Phillip, and the manager were wonderful. They gave us plenty of time and offered a test drive. Mr. Phillip is one of the most passionate, modest, and gentle people I have ever met in the auto industry. He listened carefully to our needs. Even though we did not make a deal today, I really liked the place and the people. Highly recommended!
I had an excellent experience purchasing my car at Genesis,Ajax, and I especially want to recognize Brian for his outstanding support throughout the entire process. Brian truly went above and beyond my expectations. From the beginning, he was patient, professional, helpful, and always willing to take the extra time to answer my questions and make sure everything was taken care of. He made what could have been a stressful process feel easy and comfortable. I really appreciate the time, effort, and genuine care Brian showed me... read more
I don’t ever leave public reviews but Phillip Huang absolutely deserves it. From the moment I reached out to buy my 2025 Jetta GLI, Phillip made the experience completely seamless. I drove 5 hours to come see the vehicle. He came with me to take it for a test drive and he was genuine and professional. Philip took the time to not only help me with the business side of things, but also to genuinely get to know me. I would drive the distance to this dealership time and time again, knowing they take good care of their clients. T... read more
