I just had a really good experience with Ally. She was so accommodating and friendly and made my experience easier and not so stressful! Ally made the experience easier considering I walked in not knowing what to expect. If you find yourself at Genesis, make sure you look for Ally! :)
Very disappointing experience. I tried calling several times and even left voicemails to book a service appointment, but no one returned my calls. I eventually booked an appointment online through Genesis Ajax Website, only to arrive on the day and find out that my booking had gone to Hyundai dealership directly. This caused a lot of confusion and wasted time. Customer service at this location has been deeply disappointing. My experience began on a positive note while working with Ally, who was courteous and professional in the beginning. However, the approval process quickly became frustrating. I was initially informed that I had been approved, only to later be told that approval was conditional upon securing a co-signer likely due to recent credit inquiries following a condo purchase.
