I needed to address a few things on my GV80 and staring from booking an appointment, dropping off a loaner and eventually delivering the car in immaculate condition, it has been a seamless experience. Had a very good experience with the dealership. Although there was an unexpected issue shortly after purchase, they handled it professionally and took care of it. Julie was helpful, professional, and easy to work with throughout the process, and Jerome was also great to deal with.
